Start with the day you need to organize
If you want to capture tasks, plan a day and run a focus session, Ora’s free features already let you explore that workflow. Pro adds specific capabilities, such as reports or applying replanning proposals. Choose for a function you need rather than assuming all planning requires payment.
The public reference checked on 28 October 2026 distinguishes available features from those still in validation. This guide describes that state without promising prices, pending integrations or productivity outcomes.
Case 1: a personal sphere and today’s plan
An invented example: you want to prepare shopping, work on a project and note a call. Capture tasks in the inbox first, organize them with projects, labels, notes and checklists, then add what fits to the day. The sphere has a hard 24-hour limit; an estimate does not become recorded work.
The reference lists one free sphere and one hundred with Pro. Focus sessions and breaks, planning backups and PNG export belong to free capabilities. Multiple spheres do not extend the same day’s hours; they organize separate plans.
Try a real day with recognizable tasks. If that workflow meets your need, you need not choose Pro merely to make the plan appear more complete.
Case 2: you need patterns or applied replanning
If you need planned-versus-recorded comparisons, period-filtered reports or CSV export, review Pro capabilities. Weekly and monthly routines and applying or undoing a replanning proposal are also Pro. Previewing a proposal is not the same as applying it.
For example, reviewing which categories hold recorded time at month-end is a reporting need, distinct from capturing today’s tasks. Check that particular feature before choosing. A report neither proves performance nor establishes that all your work was recorded.
Case 3: you need an integration or the Android companion
Google Calendar, Todoist import and Outlook remain in validation in the public reference, with real-provider account acceptance still pending. If you need one of those connections, confirm its current state before subscribing. Pro does not turn pending acceptance into a guarantee.
Android needs a distinction. The public Google Play listing checked on 28 October 2026 already presents Ora’s companion: free to download for Android 10 or later, with Ora Pro required for account linking and connected actions. Full planning remains on the web. Check store availability and compatibility for your device.
The web reference still marks Play publication as pending; that wording does not reflect the public listing we verified. The reference also retains pending real-device acceptance. Seeing a public listing proves neither operation on your phone nor completion of that acceptance. The installable PWA and native companion remain different offerings.
Decide with one specific check
Write your requirement: “organize one day,” “get reports,” or “use this confirmed integration.” Check the capability and its state on the public pages, then read the terms displayed at purchase. This guide activates neither a purchase nor account connections.
