An inbox, projects, labels, search, notes and checklists keep loose tasks together. Add a task to the day only when it fits.
Track actual time with a timer or manual corrections. Pro adds planned-versus-actual comparison; estimates remain distinct from recorded work.
Preview a delay or new appointment, protect commitments and respect dependencies. Pro applies or undoes the proposal while preserving recorded time.
Pro saves weekly and monthly routines, exceptions and future series changes. Preview each dated application; it must fit and cannot create duplicates.
Free focus sessions and breaks; Pro adds timed step sequences. Pause, interruption notes and explicit next-step actions stay accessible from minimal view.
Pro reports by week, month or date range: plan versus recorded time, estimation samples, interruptions and categories. Filter, compare periods and export CSV.
Export versioned planning backups and review restoration. Optional local copies recover unsent changes; conflicts require your choice and browser storage has limits.
Free PNG export and installable PWA. Pro adds snapshot links and a mini window. Later edits remain private; a snapshot is not a shared editable workspace.
Pro connection reads chosen calendars and publishes only to an Ora calendar. Code is deployed; end-to-end acceptance with a real Google account remains pending.
Pro read-only import preserves projects, labels and steps after review. It does not sync tasks in the background. Real-account consent and acceptance remain pending.
Optional Outlook publishing/sync code is deployed with separate consent. Microsoft client configuration and real-account acceptance remain pending; no CalDAV or real-provider guarantee is implied.
Web Push reminders are implemented, with real delivery validation pending. Enable them per device for upcoming appointments and planned focus or break endings. Titles are opt-in; delivery is not guaranteed yet. When reminders coincide, dispatch is shared across accounts and changes to the plan are checked before each send.
A manual Chrome extension ZIP blocks chosen new web navigations during focus. Installed-extension acceptance is pending. It cannot block other system apps.
Pro owners create separate shared spaces. Owners, editors and readers join through revocable, single-use links; revisions expose simultaneous edits and an audit records recent changes. Personal connections remain private. Visual and multi-device acceptance is pending.
A native Android Pro companion is being validated: a glass sphere, persistent minimal mode, a bubble quick-actions sheet, an improved widget, and adaptive square, round and themed icons. It is for viewing a personal 24-hour sphere and quick actions; full planning stays on the web, with no WebView. Pairing is revocable; stale or offline actions need review. Evidence comes only from an API 34 emulator; real-device acceptance and Play publication remain pending.
Native iOS widgets and CalDAV remain planned. Collaboration is implemented with validation pending; the Android widget preview follows a separate validation track. A PWA or mini window is not a native home-screen widget.
