One invitation is not a pass for the whole group
Ora documents revocable, single-use invitations for shared spaces. If one person already used an invitation to join, forwarding that link to someone else should not be treated as another available invitation. Prepare a separate invitation for each person you actually intend to authorize.
Shared spaces are an implemented Pro capability in validation, with visual and real multi-device acceptance still pending. This guide explains published conditions. It does not describe a real-account invitation test or guarantee a particular successful flow.
Three different reasons to review a link
Single-use means the link is not a reusable invitation after consumption. Expiry gives a time window to use it: the public contract sets 24 hours for invitations. Revocation means the offered access has been withdrawn. Keep those situations distinct and check the cause of an error before inferring it.
In this fictional example, you prepare a space for organizing an exhibition and want to add two people. The first uses their invitation on Tuesday. If the second receives that same link, do not count it as an unused invitation. Their membership needs a separate decision and invitation. None has been created or sent in this example.
Decide who needs access before generating another link
Before preparing a new invitation, review the correct space, intended person and required role. Ora documents owner, editor and reader roles. Do not select permissions merely because a previous link failed: an invitation problem does not justify broader access.
Check whether the person is already a member. A new invitation may not solve that situation; first clarify which account and space they are trying to use. We do not claim a control that automatically repairs every discrepancy.
The public contract sets limits of 25 members per space and 20 unused invitations per space. These are documented limits, not remaining capacity checked in your account. Avoid preparing links speculatively without knowing who needs them.
When an invitation was not used in time
If the documented 24 hours have passed, check validity before repeatedly trying the same link. If you still intend to add the person and are authorized to do so, prepare a new invitation after reviewing the current space state.
If you withdrew the invitation, do not automatically replace it when asked. Confirm the intention to grant access again. Invitation and membership are different states: we do not claim that revoking an already used link automatically removes someone who has joined.
Check Ora before coordinating
Review collaboration status and account conditions. A shared-space invitation is different from a sphere snapshot link: a snapshot shows a version of the plan and is not an invitation to edit the space.
The public demo introduces planning. It does not replace real validation of roles, members and invitations across devices. For this decision, identify who should join, which space and what permission they need; then review the result shown by the service.
